Individual item packaging

Every mat is sold on its own and reaches the customer exactly as you pack it. Amazon does not repack or repair units on receipt.

1. Inspect the mat.

   Reject any mat with loose fiber shedding, cracked or delaminated backing, misaligned or off-color print, frayed edges, or damp coir. Coir must be fully dried before packing.

2. Add the care card.

   One printed care card per unit, placed inside the roll. Artwork is supplied by Next Micro — print it as issued.

3. Roll the mat, print facing out.

   Roll along the short edge to an even diameter across the full length. Keep the first two turns loose.

4. Wrap to hold the roll.

   Apply a wrap around the rolled mat so it cannot unroll or loosen in transit. The wrap has to survive handling all the way to the customer — a roll that relaxes will not fit its carton and will not present correctly on arrival.

5. Slide the roll into the product carton.

   The printed retail carton. One mat per carton. Close it so it stays closed without tape across the print.

6. Apply the FBA product label.

   Inside the white window printed on the carton and marked product label. One label per unit, no exceptions.

Where the product label goes

1. The carton is printed with a white window marked product label. Apply the label inside that window — it is already sized and positioned for it.
2. The label goes in vertically — turned a quarter turn so it reads the same way up as made in India beside it. The window is portrait; the label is not.
3. Never let the label run past the window onto a fold, seam or corner. A bent barcode will not scan.

Case packaging

Finished units go into a plain shipping case. One SKU per case, contents loose, and one AWD case label on the outside.

• ✓One SKU per case. Never mix designs or sizes.
• ✓Exact count. No part-filled and no over-filled cases.
• ✓Contents loose. Units go in individually.
• ✓Double-wall corrugated, new board only
• ✓H-tape pattern on top and bottom seams
• ✓No dimension over 25 in — this is the AWD limit and it is firm
• ✗No inner bundles of 3 or 5 inside the case
• ✗No loose fill or packing peanuts
• ✗No reused or previously printed cartons

Where the AWD case label goes

1. One AWD case label per case, applied in the top left of a side face, right way up.
2. Keep the whole label clear. No tape, strapping or film across any part of it, including the barcodes.
3. Never across the top seam or the opening. The label is destroyed the moment the case is opened.

• ✓Apply to a flat face so the barcode does not fold over an edge
• ✓Confirm the label SKU matches the units inside before sealing

• ✗Never photocopy, reuse or reprint a label. Every one is unique. If you run short, request more.
• ✗Never on a seam or opening — it is destroyed when the case is opened
• ✗Never covered by tape, strapping or film — the label says so itself
• ✗Never more than one AWD label on a case

Container loading

All containers ship floor-loaded — loose stacked cases, no pallets, unloaded by hand. This is where most rejections happen.

Load plan — 40 ft high cube, 17″ × 30″

Larger sizes use a different case footprint. Next Micro issues the load plan for those with the order.

Required clearances

Loading rules

• ✓Stack in columns, alternating pattern — not one solid block
• ✓Every tier aligned and square so a clamp truck can grip all four sides
• ✓Air pillows, corrugated shims or dunnage between stacks to stop shifting
• ✓Secure the load with load bars or straps — straps only for intermodal
• ✓Container at least 8 ft tall inside, with a flat floor
• ✓Orient product so it can be clamped without rearranging the load
• ✗Never bundle cases together with straps, tape or zip ties
• ✗Never force the last row in — short-load it and report the actual count
• ✗Never load into a container with an uneven or corrugated floor — it will be refused

• ✓Print at 100%. No scaling, no fitting to sheet, no re-drawing.
• ✓All files are vector with embedded fonts — do not substitute fonts
• ✓White ink on black stock for the cartons; hold registration tight on the script logo
• ✓Keep the white product label window clear — nothing printed inside it
• ✓Send a printed proof of every file before committing to the run
• ✗Never rebuild artwork locally, even to fix a perceived error — raise it with us
• ✗Never carry artwork over between sizes without written confirmation
