SMS Program Terms

- Next Micro LLC sends transactional SMS messages to customers and vendors with an existing business relationship — appointment confirmations, order updates, and customer service replies.
- Opt-in
- You consent to receive SMS by providing your mobile number on our website at nextmicro.com/contact or in person when entering a service agreement.
- Frequency
- Message frequency varies.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message.
- Help
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@nextmicro.com.
- Supported carriers
- AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, U.S. Cellular.
Additional Information
Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder of the mobile device on which messages will be received, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in to this program.
Next Micro may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
